About Voltxcore
Voltxcore is a global company that started as an online renewable energy solution in 2022. Since then, we have grown to offer a vast selection of renewable energy products, services, and technologies. For our Customer Service Department we are looking for a highly motivated, pragmatic and open-minded customer service employee managing daily operational tasks, starting as soon as possible.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities:
• Answering customer questions through various channels of communication (phone, e-mail, online chat).
• You answer, by phone or in writing, all questions from your customers. You help to look for solutions to possible problems and advice whenever possible. Thanks to the excellent services you provide to your customers, you establish a long-term relationship of trust.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Managing complaints and show initiative in problem solving and handling files.
• Provide information about Voltxcore products, services and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve complex problems.
• Track and document interactions with customer relationship management system. Ensure good documentation of customer contacts in CRM software.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and communicate them to the team.
• Analyze unfinished files.
• You ensure follow-up of files of your customers and you are responsible for the complete management of the policies throughout the life of the contact (establishment of offers, subscription, invoicing, etc, modification, termination).
• Contribute to good collaboration and organization within the teams to constantly ensure efficient customer management.
• Support the order to Cash process coordination: Order input and follow up, proactive communication to customer, coordination of deliveries with Logistic provider, invoicing process.
• Supporting the logistics coordination of internal events and projects: co-packing activities, special shipments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Skills:
• Work experience of at least 2 years in a similar customer service role.
• (OPTIONAL) Bachelor degree in international trade or logistics/supply chain management or similar.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, communication and listening. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to proactively resolve issues and Oriented(e) towards customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Have team spirit and propose solutions.
• Reliable, pro-active, ability to multi-task and have a good analytical capacity.
• Be autonomous, persuasive, organized and be invested.
• You are oriented towards customer service and you have qualities of' listening and empathy so that you can answer customer questions and solve their difficulties.
• You resist stress and you are efficient and structured.
• Understand needs of the department and commit to projects to improve efficiency.
• Master Microsoft MS-Office office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook.).
• You have a good command of computer tools (word, EXCEL, Electronic Document
• Management, Internet Applications).
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Languages: English fluent.
