Voltxcore is a global company that started as an online renewable energy solution in 2022. Since then, we have grown to offer a vast selection of renewable energy products, services, and technologies. As a member of the Sales Team, you're responsible for the success of voltxcore and our customers! As Voltxcore is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to reinforce our Sales department.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities:
• Work on a portfolio of B2B customers and prospects, from hunting to closing deals in-person and by phone.
• Develop and maintain long term profitable relationship with the Customers to promote Voltxcore products and identify ways to anticipate Customers' needs.
• Prepare customer proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Promote our products and services and technically support the customers.
• Profound understanding of the Voltxcore product.
• Promote operational excellence and profitability for the business.
• Monitor and report sales targets. Work with monthly targets based on your call activity and your sales activities.
• You sell by calling proactively the voltxcore products, day by day, to every kind of individual, businesses, companies, bringing solar seekers and services together.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure market visibility of Voltxcore.
• Cooperate closely with the customer service to implement our services.
• Lead the Customer Satisfaction process in the assigned territory.
• Conduct telephone & email prospection to gain the rapport and trust of prospective customers and their office managers in order to set qualified meetings for the territory sales director.
• Acquisition of New Leads & Meeting Generation. Research qualified prospects throughout the designated market by reading local and national business press, industry insights, utilizing research tools and identifying sources of qualified data in order to identify prospective Voltxcore customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Skills:
• You hold WAEC/NECO/SSCE with at least 5 credits including Mathematics and English, at no more than two (2) sittings.
• (OPTIONAL) Be a graduate with a minimum of second class lower division from an accredited University. Preferred: Holding a bachelor's degree in business, communication or a related field.
• You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role & relevant industry, combining sales within a technical environment or complimentary role such as a sales assistant.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbally and written.
• Good negotiations skills, proactivity, and customer-focus. Important to be able to interact over the phone, on email and in person with Individuals and businesses.
• Problem-solving, coordination skills, social, trustworthy. Troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient time management and strong work ethic, analytical skills, attention to details.
• Good organizational skills to ensure accurate and complete documentation of decision making.
• Flexible and able to multi-task.
• Fluent in English.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Pipedrive or equivalent).
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel experience.
